Overview:
The operation principle of this device is described as follows: the machine boots and starts, the drive belt operates, the gas arm of the input bottle is opened, and the gas arm of the output bottle is closed. After the container to fill passes the detection area of the input bottle photosensor, it will enter the filling place. After the PLC receives the detection signals, the gas arm of the input bottle will be closed, the liquid collection trough of the liquid outlet nozzle will be moved away, and the filling header will descend to fill the cream liquid. After filling, the filling header will ascend and the liquid collection trough of the liquid outlet nozzle will automatically move under the filling nozzle. The gas arm of the output bottle will be opened. The detection photosensor of the output bottle will detect the number of the bottles. When the set container number is detected by this sensor, the gas arm of the input bottle will be opened and the gas arm of the output bottle will be closed to start next filling and repeatedly complete set work tasks. It is applicable to the special industries such as foods, daily chemical products, pesticides and medicines, so now it is one of the internationally recognized ideal filling devices.
